We continue to await an official response from the USCOE on our IP application for our Benson Quarry. The e-mail chain
bellows outlines our continual conversation with David Schaeffer with the USCOE on this project.

Your letter dated June 25, 2014, requires a response within 30 days to address the concerns of the LEDPA. I will send
you a letter today officially summarizing that we will respond to DWR's request within 30 days of receipt of the official
