This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0000601. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". This system is a low rate infiltration system used to dispose of the treated run-off from the main CSX rail yar at Hamlet. The infiltration basins were in acceptable condition with some vegetation within the basin. The vegetation did not appear to interfer with fluid distribution. No additional items noted.
