The Central and Regional Offices have reviewed the Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR) covering
January through December 2021. This PAR was received on February 4, 2022, with additional
information received on July 14, 2022.
The PAR is considered complete and satisfies the requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0908(b) and the
Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment Programs.
