Attached is our facility's January 11t thru March 31st Stormwater quarterly DMR. Per the email
sent to Isaiah and Bethany on this same date, in filling out the new electronic form on-line, it
was discovered that a new benchmark parameter was required. Steve has spoken with
Bethany and will sample at the earliest possibility for the missing COD requirement. All other
benchmarks were below the parameters and no issues with storm water discharge noted for
