Dear sir,
United World Mission received your letter concerning the limit violation of our Nitrogen Ammonia
on 3/31/2022. We truly regret that we were not in compliance with our 001 effluent at the
parameter Nitrogen Ammonia. We have worked diligently to reduce and to bring our nitrogen
ammonia to the level that is required by the state. We have been in compliance for the last 3
months. During winter and cold climates we have had this problem with our Nitrogen Ammonia.
We're still working towards a septic system that will solve our problem we're still in the process
of discussion with an engineer. Meanwhile, we are monitoring our system daily To maintain the
desired daily and monthly averages. Thank you for your letter informing us about the notice of
violation and the intent to assess civil penalty.
