I’ve reviewed your application received June 17, 2014 and amended information received July 8, 2014 for the
replacement of Bridge 24 on NC 304 over the North Prong of the Bay River in Pamlico County. Water Quality
Certification No. 3883 is issued for this activity. Written approval is not required for use of this certification provided all
the conditions can be met. If any of the conditions cannot be met, written approval will be required. The Buffer
