Brittany,
Regarding the subject NEC application, which we have put on hold because the facility is not operational, I reached out
to the consultant today for a status update. He relayed that the timeframe for facility operations to commence has been
extended until November. Based on this new information, I think we should return their NEC application and have them
resubmit either just prior to, or shortly after, the facility becomes operational. If you agree with this approach, please let
me know so that I can inform the consultant.
