Hi Bethany,
We haven't received approval yet. We only have the application documents. I'm copying Chris Wolf with Structural Steel
on this so he's in the loop.
As soon as we do receive approval, we will forward. In the mean time we are reporting on all three outfalls.
Thanks,
Kathy Boyer, M.E.M.

Hi,
I don't think I have received a response to this. Can you send the ROS approval documentation?
Thanks!
Bethany

Kathy,
I've updated the lat/Ion coordinates for outfall 001. Yes, they are all rounded because there are no decimals allowed
after the seconds in our system; it must be rounded to the nearest second.
Could you send me the ROS approval for Outfall 002? 1 will need to enter a Monitoring suspension on 002 for it so it
doesn't throw a warning if you don't enter results (although I think you can still submit the report anyway).

Hi Bethany,
We are going to begin entering data for Outfall 3 for NCG030325 as discussed in the email thread below. However, it
looks like the Lat/Lon for Outfall 3 should be: 35' 44' 46.87"N
81' 21' 44.30"W
I wanted to verify that Outfall 1 and Outfall 2 are entered as the same lat/Ion because the decimal in each case rounds
to the same lat/Ion?
Outfall 1: 35' 44' 46.81"N, 81' 21' 44.26"W translates to 35.44.47N, 81.21.44W
Outfall 2: 35' 44' 46.71"N, 81' 21' 44.22"W translates to 35.44.47N, 81.21.44W
Also, we aren't sure of the procedure, but since Outfall 2 is now represented by Outfall 3, we won't be adding data to
Outfall 2 anymore. Should that Outfall be removed from the eDMR system, or do we just click "No Flow"?
Feel free to call me if it's easier to discuss on the phone.
Thank you for your help,
Kathy Boyer, M.E.M.

Subject: RE: Outfalls Updated for eDMR reporting
Good morning, Kathy and Paul,
I have just added the outfalls to both of these permits. Please see below. The eDMR system should update
overnight. Important: if you have already created a report for either of these, you will need to delete the report and
re-create it in order for the latest updates. (Permit monitoring info is only pulled into eDMR at the time the report is
created.)
Also, for NCG030325, I added a monitoring suspension for Outfall 003 so that you won't be prompted for results until
after 3/31/2022.
