equal to 40' which mean the do need written approval if the Corps approves under a NW3. No biggie, I'll send

If the Corps is issuing for Bridge 87 under a NW3 instead of NW14 then DWR requires no written authorization
because impacts are less than 40'. Amy, do you concur?

hope you are doing well. We recently submitted a PCN for B -5004 in Winston - Salem. I just spoke with John
Thomas, and he will be issuing a NWP 3 for this one rather than a NWP 14. Therefore we need to revise our
request for GC 3886 to GC 3883 to match that. Do you need a revised form /letter or is this email notice
enough?
