Proposal includes structures in channel. So, you did receive fee for permit on this one? Also, if I understand correctly, the landowner sends 5 copies of Proposal and PCN to NC Division of Water Resources and One copy to the Army Corps? If I remember correctly, when we spoke, you said when you knew what nationwide permit number was being applied for then you would send it to me. I have not received that information as of yet, which has left the project on hold. We get the initial PCN and application fee here first into our office to enter the application into our system and apply the fee to it. If you know what NW number is being applied for, please let me know and we can proceed with the process. Thanks much! Also, when the landowner first submits the PCN with a check for permitting fee, does all of this go to the ACE first. In other words, does the landowner send the packet of PCN's and copies of designs to the Army Corps, including a check to DWQ for the fee?
