4" by 3.5' piece of PVC pipe got stuck in the drain and backed up product/water

PVC pipe was removed and flow was restored

Action Taken to Contain Spill, Clean Up and Remediate the Site (if applicable):
Spill containment socks and pads were used to divert flow. Water was captured in first flush basin. Valve
was closed and water was pumped back to wastewater. Bleach solution was sprayed on all areas afterwards
and treated at wastewater

Retraining in the processing plant on what do if you see something
