clear out all underbrush and low vegetations and (12) twelve large trees in order to
gain access and construct/install 100 lineal feet of corrugated vinyl seawall along
shoreline, new boat slip with a boat house roof and adjacent docks over water.
excavation shall occur at shoreline for new boat slip and will use a track excavator
and boom lifts and skid steer
