Inspection Summary:
The facility performs a number of tasks which inlude garbage recycling and disposal, they have a recycle center, they store
rolloff containers for lease and they have rolloff containers for storage of metals, garbage, pallets and recycle materials that
are all open to stormwater.
In addition, the have a vehicle wash station with an oil water seperator that discharges to the city sewer, a maintenance
shop and a fueling area with a diesel pump that is not sheltered.
There is a poly tank that captures the garbage leachate with an approximate capacity of 1200 gallons in a secondary
containment dike that has a discharge valve that needs a lock.

Comment: We looked at the one outfall for the site which is teh outlet to a stormwater pond that catches
runoff from the whole site. The discaharge point is located outside the fence
