On behalf of Terry and Katherine McKnight (DWQ# OS-1672) and Dr. and Mrs. Bruce
M. Wheeler (DWQ# OS-1673) we would like to request a 30 day extension of the 60 day appeal
period concerning the denial of their 401 Water Quality Certification. We would like additional
time in order to gather additional information and prepare a modified permit application and
mitigation proposal.
