1. An original signed and sealed Supplement-EZ (with off -site SCM page/info) is enclosed
2. A cover letter from the President of Land 2020, Inc. acknowledging that Dustin Blackwell is the Vice President of Land 2020, Inc, anc
therefore an officer having authority to sign for the applicant, is enclosed.
3. The email address for the property owner is weaveri iftoLcom
4. Revised signed and sealed hard copy plans showing a note that no wetlands exist on site and the name of the individual that made
the determination.
Also, the original permit data that we had available was uploaded to the site provided in the email. Additional documents can be
obtained from NCDEQ-DEMLR, Fayetteville Regional office.
