I had a lengthy conversation with Mitch Woodward of NCSU Cooperative Extension about your project. He convinced
me that it is not necessary for you to have the 88% sand, 10% fine, 2% organic media but that instead it would be fine to
use the existing soil. So to reflect that, I have made some suggested edits to the construction order (attached). You
certainly are welcome to continue to use the original order if you choose though.

Here is my first pass at the final BMP docs for the rain garden. It took a bit longer than I had
hoped. Please review and let me know if this meets the requirements and what, if any, changes or
additions need to be made.
