It took a bit longer than I had hoped. Please review and let me know if this meets the requirements and what, if any, changes or additions need to be made. In accordance with the maintenance schedule as recommended by the North Carolina Cooperative Extensive (http: / /www.bae.ncsu.edu/ topic /raingarden /maintenance.htm). Once the bioretention cell is established, it will be inspected monthly and within 24 hours after every storm event greater than 1.0 inches.
