These two permit numbers relate to two IPs in Cumberland county, Terry and Katherine
McKnight and Dr. Bruce Wheeler.
No more than I use BIMS lately, I can't figure out how to do a staff report on it.
That said, and I'm sorry for being so tardy on this, we need to talk about denying
both of these applications. I recognize that the impacts are small. However, the
situation is somewhat intense (at least for me). There were deed restrictions on
these lots and the builder ignored them (although that's not his story). This is on a
floodway and every square foot counts. Also, Cyndi, this is just down the street from
where I had so much trouble with the other doctor who filled in the stream after
building his house on the wrong lot. We could be called arbitrary if we give in on
this one.
In order to get your concurrence on a denial, I think somebody needs to look at this
with me. soon, I hope.
