The following provides the requested responses to the findings during the inspection of the
collection system on March 18, 2022:
3.) The system maps (attached) have been updated to include all of the information requested.
4.) I apologize that the Town's response action plan was not available at the time of the
inspection. The Town's "Security Vulnerability Assessment and Emergency Response
Plan" (attached) has been updated to include all the current contact information. I believe
it includes the information requested.
5.) The signs at the Main Pump Station and Ball Park Pump Station have been replaced. The
information requested is included on the signs. A photograph of all 3 pump station signs
is attached.
6.) The grease traps/interceptors at the two restaurants will be inspected on a monthly basis.
Grease/sewer educational materials will be distributed to all customers twice per year. A
log (attached) has been created to document the distribution of grease/sewer educational
materials. A Grease Trap Inspection Log (attached) has been created to document the
inspections and will be kept going forward.
