This dewatering method will be in compliance with the 401 issued by DWR provided that it doesn't impact upstream or
downstream as a result of the confined flow through the channel If upstream flooding or downstream erosion is noted
additional measures or other dewatering methods may be necessary

Dear Sue — please see this basic detail I have attached for the phase coffer dam system we plan to employ at the Mill
Creek crossing They will basically install it on the first half of creek and allow the work area to dewater, construct the
first half of the ford, then flip the detail to the other side and complete construction.
Please let me know if this works, or of any additional information you would like to pass on to the contractor -
