This permit authorizes the replacement of an existing 30 ft by 29 ft single span concrete bridge on NCSR 1001 (Turnpike Road). The bridge is located over an unnamed tributary to the Perquimans River approximately 7 miles southeast of the intersection of NCSR 1001 and NC Highway 158 near Nicanor in Perquimans County, North Carolina. The existing bridge will be replaced with a single span 45 ft by 30 ft bridge resulting in impacts to 44 linear feet of stream channel. If you have any questions, please contact me.
