Colleen and Lyle,
The proposed culvert being used for the road crossing has been changed from a flat-bottomed slightly elliptical shape to
a conventional circular culvert due to the proposed amount of fill being placed on the culvert and reviewers comments.
The length of proposed stream impact from the culvert will be the same as will the length of stream impact that results
from the placement of riprap below the outlet. No new impacts are required for the project.
The County reviewer is requesting a revised 401 and 404 to address the change in culvert structure that has no change
in approved impacts. Please confirm that the attached approvals are still valid through an email response or let me know
if there is any additional information needed.
