Subject: Wolf King AsBuilt Report - DWR Review
Hey Jamey,
DWR has finalized the review of the As -Built Report for the Wolf King Bank received in April
2022. By copy of this correspondence, the As -Built Report is approved. DWR received a
performance bond (49384448) issued to EBX from Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, in
the amount of $150,000, to cover performance obligations for the construction of the subject site.
The term of this bond remains in effect until December 2, 2022. This bond is no longer required
and can be released. A copy of the signed bond is attached to this correspondence. However,
DWR is in need of a monitoring bond per the Umbrella Mitigation Banking Instrument in the
amount of 100% of the costs associated with the monitoring expectations for the site. Once
DWR has received a monitoring bond, a credit release for Task 3 can be issued.
