The original coastal wetlands delineation stopped a little short of the property boundary. I'll be updating the plan to clearly show this. We will not be requesting any impacts to coastal wetlands and the road we originally proposed will almost work without impacts to coastal. I will be making a very minor change do to a few feet of coastal wetlands that would otherwise come into play. Also, I'll plan on sending out a request to the pertinent agencies to adjust language in the protective covenant for the ballfield project mitigation. The covenant is tied to the pond restoration work. Will you be the point of contact from USACE on that item? Raleigh and William were involved in that at the time. Thanks, Brian Brian D. Rubino, P.G. After reviewing your response I still have the following concerns related to the project: 1 1) A final plat indicating the location of the Coastal Marsh "CAMA" wetland line. Your response letter received by the Corps on June 26, 2014 indicated that a new plat was being generated to address concerns by the Division of Coastal Management, (DCM). This plat will be needed to determine final wetland impacts to different wetland types. 2) Your response indicating that the proposed impacts within the conservation easement area for project SAW-2013- 000036 Bob Chestnut will be addressed by modifying the conservation easement. The modification of the conservation easement for project SAW-2013-00036 will require the re-opening of that project and agreement by the federal and state agencies that the modification can be allowed. That conservation easement was placed on that property as a form of mitigation for unavoidable impacts to jurisdictional wetlands. At this time I have determined that your application is still incomplete and you should provide the following information: -A final wetland plat indicating the 404 wetland line and the CAMA coastal wetland line. -Information addressing either a modification to the existing conservation easement on the Oden property for project SAW-2013-00036 Bob Chestnut. Please provide additional information indicating that the applicant intends to continue their pursuit of a Department of the Army Permit within 15 days of the receipt of this correspondence.
