and never constructed. Although all construction permits had been obtained, their request
for a rezoning of the property was denied by the Calwell Planning Commission on
February 8, 2021. At that time, The Broadway Group made the decision to terminate the
project.
The Broadway Group desires to terminate the above referenced certificate of coverage.
