Day to Chris Pullinger dated December 14, 2010. 2) Stream evaluation report from Fuss & O'neill dated 8/30/2006 3) Request for Express Review Permit Review 4) NCDENR Division of Water Quality Stream Origin/Buffer Applicability Determination 5) Sketch Plan Number 9, Glen Castle at Irish Creek dated 2/21/14 6) Check #8656 - $200.00 As you can see from the attached letter from Jonathan R. Day in December of 2010 and Fuss & O'Neill's letter in 2006 a stream call was previously requested for this property. Mr. Day is the owner of the property and to his knowledge a stream call was never completed by the NCDENR. Mr. Day is planning to proceed with the development as shown on the attached sketch plan and we need a stream determination in order to be able to proceed with the design submittal to the City of Greenville. We completed a sketch plan to try and minimize the impact upon the existing ditch which has been included with this submittal package. If the ditch is deemed to be a buffer ditch it would be desirable to have the extent of the buffered ditch be no greater than 250' +/- from the southeastern most property line due tc the limitations for development on the site.
