Yes, I can add them. You can send those requests to me or Brittany Carson.
I have added these into BIMS, so they will refresh in the eDMR system tomorrow morning. If the permittee has already
created a monitoring report in eDMR, they'll have to delete it and recreate it to show the new outfalls.

Bethany,
Are you the right person to ask to add these outfalls to this permit in the eDMR system?
Thanks,
Lily

Good afternoon
At the conclusion of our Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan review, it was determined that we have two previously
unidentified stormwater outfalls associated with industrial activity. These outfalls are:
• OutfalI 001A: Latitude 35' 48' 39.12" N, Longitude 79033' 22.56" W
• Outfall 004: Latitude 350 48' 31.83" N, Longitude 790 33' 20.70" W
The outfalls discharge into two separate unnamed tributaries of Rocky River.
If any further information is needed to add these two outfalls to our permit, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thanks
Tina Pedley
