CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE TRAFFIC CONTROL ACCORDING TO NCDOT REQUIREMENTS DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. 19. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE RED -LINE PRINTS OF ALL CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS. THIS INFORMATION SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE DESIGNER OF RECORD AT THE TIME OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. 20. CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL 6-FT HIGH TEMPORARY CHAIN LINK CONSTRUCTION FENCING IN ALL AREAS WHERE DIRECT ACCESS TO CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY IS POSSIBLE, AND SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES DURING CONSTRUCTION. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE OWNER REGARDING THE LOCATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION FENCE AND PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC CONTROL DURING CONSTRUCTION. PRIOR TO SENDING THE REQUIRED DRAWING, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CHECK AND ADJUST ALL POND COMPONENTS TO COMPLY WITH CONTRACT DOCUMENT.
