LAND The site is current] undeveloped. The site is being developed as a single family residential

CONSTRUCTION development. The site drains to existing channels or open lands that surround the entire site of this
LAYOUT project.
C,PS SLRVICLS
LAND The site meets the qualifications of a low density development. The average density for the
DLVLLOPMLNT development is 1.7 units/acre compared to the maximum of 2 units/acre to satisfy the requirements
set forth by NCDENR. The roads have roll back concrete curbing in order to convey the storm
water to the curb outlet swales. The roads in the subdivision were designed in accordance with
NCDOT. NCDOT does not allow turn outs (flumes) in the curbing for maintenance reasons. Storm
boxes were placed in the road in accordance with the maximum allowable spread. To the extent
practical, the storm water was immediately released in grassed swales in lieu of storm pipe.
Based on our study and review of the NCDENR BMP manual and NC Session Law 2006-246
Section 9 paragraph c, the Belmont Subdivision meets and/or exceeds the requirements and intent
for low density development.

I don't see the Grassed Swale Supplement or 0&M agreement for Swale #5, north of Legends Drive. I first thought
maybe I had lost them, but it's unlikely that I would have lost both forms for #5.
I have the others, one thru four and six. Could you check and see if you just forgot to print them out, etc. and send that
to me?
These will be coming back to you with the new permit number on them for recordation.
Maybe just email them to me, and sent signed originals later. I'm hoping to issue this permit this week, as I will be on
vacation next week Aug 4-8th. Mike Randall can answer questions next week.
