C. INSPECTION REPORT RECORDS a. ALL INSPECTION REPORTS SHALL BE ADDED TO THE SWPPP AND MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RECORD REQUIREMENTS. b. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL RECORD AND MAINTAIN WITH THE SWPPP AN ACTIVITY LOG OF THE FOLLOWING: a. START DATES OF MAJOR GRADING ACTIVITIES b. TEMPORARY CEASE DATES OF PORTIONS OF THE SITE WHERE CONSTRUCTION HAS STOPPED FOR MORE THAN 14 DAYS. c. START DATES WHEN STABILIZATION MEASURES ARE INITIATED. 18. RECORDS A. AFTER RECEIVING FINAL APPROVAL AND AFTER FINAL STABILIZATION IS COMPLETE, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUPPLY THE OWNER/OPERATOR WITH ALL SWPPP DOCUMENTATION. B. THE OWNER/OPERATOR SHALL MAINTAIN ALL SWPPP DOCUMENTATION FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS FOLLOWING FINAL STABILIZATION. 19. SWPPP AMENDMENTS A. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL AMEND THE SWPPP IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CGP WHEN: a. THERE IS A CHANGE IN DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION, OR MAINTENANCE AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE THAT WILL CAUSE OR HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO CAUSE OR CONTRIBUTE TO VIOLATIONS TO FDEP'S WATER QUALITY STANDARDS. b. INSPECTIONS BY SITE OR REGULATORY STAFF DETERMINE THAT THE SWPPP IS INEFFECTIVE. c. INSPECTIONS REQUIRED MODIFIED OR ADDITIONAL BMP'S. d.
