Mr. Diugid,
Per our previous phone conversations, please find the enclosed items listed on the transmittal.
Included in the items is a letter explaining the removal of the bioretntion basin to have the
stormwater now flow to the wet pond A and the reshaping of wet pond B, due to the impacts
from an adjacent project. I have included the updated supplement forms, updated drainage map,
plans and calculations. Please review the enclosed and let me know if you have any comments
or need additional information to approve this change in the existing permit.

HYDROLOGY REPORT

SUMMARY
The post development Basins are shown on sheet CS-106, the total project site is 34.27 Acres.
Originally flows from Basin "A" were retained by Pond "A" located South East of the project site
and flows from Basin "C" were retained by a Bio retention Pond "C". This Bio retention Pond
was removed and the flow were included in the design of Pond "A". Pond "A" was redesign by
reshaping the Pond to cater for additional flows from Basin "C". Pond "B" was reshaped to
accommodate the turnaround by maintaining the original volume. Sheet CG-101 shows the re-
graded Pond's "A" and "B" and Sheet CG-509 show the revised sections for Pond's "A" and "B".
The attached Stormwater Management Permit Application Forms provides a summary of
calculations for both Pond "A" and Pond "B".
