CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE: -Obtain all plan approvals and authorizations to construct, including any required construction permits from jurisdictional agencies. -Clear and grub only enough area to install temporary erosion control measures. -Install gravel construction entrance pads (Mud Mats). -Install silt fencing and silt fence outlets around entire perimeter of project's disturbed areas. -Construct skimmer sediment basin. Maintain as required until all construction is complete and all disturbed areas are revegetated and stabilized. -Construct Temporary Diversion Berm/Ditches as indicated on the drawings. -Rough grading may commence as needed, only for the areas of immediate construction activities. -Construct permanent stormwater detention/treatment system. -Commence Installation of underground utilities, beginning with the stormwater collection system feeding the newly constructed Skimmer Sediment Basin and the outlet protection energy dissipaters within the new Skimmer Sediment Basin. Proceed with Installation of the drainage collection systems, moving up -stream to each successive inlet, installing inlet protection for all constructed inlets. -Construct parking area's base and curbing, with initial lift of asphalt binder courses. -Apply soil amendments, sow grass seed and mulch al areas not to be surfaced during building construction. -Receive permission from NC DENR inspector to incrementally remove internal diversion ditches once revegetation as been established. -Perimeter silt fencing and outlets shall remain in -place until ALL site construction (including buildings and sidewalks) has been completed and remainder of site revegetation has been established and approved by NC DENR inspector. -Clean-out and fill the sediment basin as per final grading plans. -Seed and mulch the sediment basin. MATNTEN/ANCE PLAN: 1. ALL EROSION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE INSPECTED BY THE CONTRACTOR NO LESS THAN ONCE A WEER( OR AFTER RUN-OFF PRODUCING RAIN EVENT. ANY REPAIRS SHOULD BE MADE IMMEDIATELY. 2.
