|just heard back this morning from EBX regarding availability of riparian wetland credits. Restoration Systems
responded last Friday. Neither company has any available riparian wetland credits in the project HUC, so I'll have to
check with EEP. Assuming they have credits available, the owner will provide mitigation for proposed permanent
impacts through payment to EEP. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from them so we can check this item off the
