Inspection Summary:
Inspection conducted in response to submittal of application for No Exposure Certification. Met with Jim Shafer, Operations
Manager, to verify information on the application, discuss facility operations and make observations of site conditions. Per
Mr. Shafer, facility is a dispatch office with truck and trailer storage and there is no onsite vehicle maintenance conducted.
At the time of inspection, there were no products or materials stored outside and no ASTs. There is a small trash dumpster,
which was covered with a lid. Based on site observations, a No Exposure Certification is being granted.
