I am writing to officially request an official withdrawal of the SAW-2020-01380 / Environmental Banc &
Exchange, LLC / RES Cape Fear 03 / Bobs Branch Mitigation Site. Due to issues with land control and conflicting
deeds the project will not be able to get full control of the stream to take it offline. We will continue to move
forward with this project as a buffer only site.
