We are seeking authorization to construct the sewer service for the remaining phases of the Bexford development (Phase 1-4 consist of 176 units: Phase 5-6 will consist of 73 units). Currently sewer flow is not allocated by the town for phases 5-6. As allocation becomes available this sewer permit will be updated accordingly. City of Fuquay-Varina was consulted and agreed to the number and types of units to reach an average daily flow that could be accommodated. The flows, number of units and total daily flow are included on the application form as required.
