Re: Dogtown BPDP and MBI Approval
Dear Ms. Webber,
The Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a draft Bank Parcel Development Package
(BPDP) for the Dogtown Mitigation Site (Site) in 2019, for review and approval under the terms and
conditions of the Environmental Banc & Exchange, LLC (EBX) Dogtown Mitigation Banking
Instrument for Riparian Buffer Mitigation (MBI) received on December 20, 2019. Effective
September 30, 2020, the MBI was made and entered into by EBX acting as the Bank Sponsor, and
the DWR. Katie Merritt, with DWR, reviewed the BPDP and MBI documents and provided
comments and recommendations. DWR received a revised BPDP and MBI that addressed all
comments and recommendations. The table below summarizes the timeline of the BPDP and MBI:
