Hello David,
I am reviewing the PCN for the 401 the above noted project in Alamance County. Please be aware that the Jordan Lake
Riparian Buffer Rules are implemented by the local government. You will need to request approval from Mebane for all
of the buffer impacts. Any 401 issued by DWR will be conditioned such that you must receive that authorization prior to
impacting any streams or wetlands on the site. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
