This report is intended to inform you of the project's compliance with the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973 and Construction NPDES Stormwater General Permit. Please review this report carefully as it may contain corrective actions needed and/or comments which will assist you in meeting the required performance standards.
