The failure to include any items on such list does not alter the responsibility of the Contractor to complete all Work in accordance with the
Contract Documcnts. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the date of conluiencement of warranties for items on the attached list will be
the date of issuance of the final Certificate of Payment or the date of final payment, whichever occurs first. The Contractor will complete or
correct the Work on the list of items attached hereto within Thirty (30) days fron3 the above date of Substantial Completion.

The responsibilities of the Owner and Contractor for security, maintenance, heat, utilities, damage to the Work, insurance, and other items
identified below shall be as follows:

GENERAL
Item No, 1 Provide all warrantee and operation and maintenance manuals to the Owner's
management representative as required.
Item No. 2 Provide copy of as -built documents to R/DA.
Item No. 3 Complete all items on punch list prepared by property management.
Itern No. 4 Complete all items on Final Site Visit report provided by NCHFA.
Item No. 5 Remove all construction debris and unused material from site, and complete final
clean of property.
Item No, 6 Comply with Section 01700, Contract Closeout, as found in specification manual.
Item No. 7 Provide copy of all occupancy permits for each unit or building as issued by local
authorities.
Item No. 8 Make final changeover of permanent locks and transmit keys to the Owner. Advise
the Owner's personnel of changeover in security provisions,
