Plans are approved and available for download in Accela. Grading Permit is LDGP-2022-00061. Erosion Control will contact you with additional information about
your grading.
When you are ready to begin construction please go to https://charlottenc.gov/DevelopmentCenter/Pages/default.aspx and fill out the "Preconstruction
Meeting Request" form and submit it online. Please make sure you fill out the form completely. Whoever fills out the Preconstruction Meeting Request will need
the City Project Number OR the Grading Permit Number so please forward this info to the correct person.
