Hey Brian,
I did receive Carriage Hills today. I just checked it out; you made the changes we
requested and I will ask Amy to recommend approval to the EMC. I did notice that
the level spreader worksheet still says 27 feet in length but your plan sheet says
39 feet in length. I will make sure Amy knows that our approval pertains to the 39
foot length. Thank you for taking the time to meet with us out in the field.
Holts Lake West was received by us on July 18, 2007. We have up to 60 days to
comment - but I usually try to turn it around in about 30. So, sometime around
August 18 I would estimate.

Also, while I was writing, I wanted to check on the status of our
re-submittal on Holts Lake West Subdivision here in Four Oaks. I mentioned this
briefly to you last week and I think you said you had it in your office. We
submitted this through Neal Floyd (our environmental specialist) in mid-July and
we were curious if this was close to being reviewed.
