Dear NCDENR,
OUT OF COMPLIANCE ON FREE BOARD
The Town of Angier was out of compliance on its two -foot free board for the month March at
the Lagoon Plant located on Campbell Street. The permit number is ( WQ0002638). This was
due to the excess rain and ice storm we had. The Town of Angier continues to work on its I/I
problem that had some contributing factors in out flow increase. Due to the rain and ice, the
Town of Angier was not able to irrigate on their fields. We will notify NCDENR when we are
back in compliance.
