This is an undeveloped wooded parcel surrounded by a mix of residential and agricultural uses. The parcel is in a rural area of Moore County North Carolina near the Town of West End.

Silt fences and erosion control fabrics will be used in and near the wetland/stream complex. Heavy equipment will be kept in upland areas and work will
be completed from the dry.
