�4'. Outfalls to Outstanding Resource Waters (ORW) and High Quality Waters (HQW) have a Monthly Average Effluent Limit for TSS of 20 mg/L
and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of 30 mg/L. Outfalls to Trout Waters (Tr) and Primary Nursery Areas (PNA) have a Monthly Average Effluent
Limit for TSS of 30 mg/L and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of 15 mg/L. Industrial Sand and Phosphate mines discharging to all other water
classification have a Monthly Average Effluent Limit for TSS of 25 mg/L and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of 45 mg/L.
b} See H-5 of the NCG020000 General Permit for turbidity requirements.
c) Only outfalls to HQW, ORW, SA, SB, PNA, or Tr waters are required to monitor for Settleable Solids.
d} Only outfalls to SA waters are required to monitor for Fecal Coliform
e) Only outfalls to SA, SB, and SC waters are required to monitor for Enterococcus
