On 7/6/2022, we applied an ePayment received to issue Construction Stormwater General Permit NCC214019.
On 7/11/2022, our transaction report records indicated the account was invalid (screen shot).
Therefore, you must mail a check for $125 ($100 initial fee payment + $25 for return check fee) to fulfill the permit fee
requirement and to retain this permit coverage.

Otherwise, the construction permit for this project will be terminated for non-payment, and the DEQ Regional Office
