Ref: Renewal Notice Hilltop Living Center NPDES Permit NC0059536
Dear Sir or Madam:
I would like to request the renewal of NPDES Permit NC0059536. There has been a change at the
facility as to how the laundry waste is handled. We have a separate system for the laundry waste, it
no longer goes through our waste treatment system. Therefore, I am requesting a release of the
MABS test for Hilltop Living Center waste treatment system. This discharge goes to a separate
septic system. B & B Septic service in Lexington disposes of the sludge. This is done on a routine
basis. Thankyou, for your attention on this matter.
Sincerely,
