Inspection Summary:
Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on July 5, 2022. The inspection is a
follow up for a non-compliant inspection on June 29, 2022. I spoke with TK Wilson and Keith Gilpin during and after the
inspection.
Removal of sediment and gravel is complete and all areas have been stabilized. Recommend securing the coir fiber
matting with wooden stakes to prevent higher flows from displacing the matting.
