Dear Ms. Wheeler,
Please find enclosed the As -Built Report for the subject site, per special condition
letter (h) in the USACE permit and condition number 26 in the DCM permit. The
Division 1 Resident Engineer responsible for administering the contract has certified that
the site was constructed according to construction plan sheets, with any exceptions noted
in this As -Built Report.
The following information has been included as part of the As -Built Report: 1)
As -Built Plan Sheets, 2) Planting Plan Restoration Detail Sheets, and 3) As -Built
Elevation Shots. The site will be monitored as described in the approved mitigation plan
and associated permit requirements.
