This is one of the few projects for which I've ever filled in a staff report on
BIMS. (Sometime last Spring). There were some questions about relocating a road
crossing or two, and the standard language about deed notices. One of the crossings
was right smack in probably the best wetland on the site.
I know it's not something we can require, but the prospective buyers need to know
that there's a wastewater lagoon on the adjacent property. We don't want or need
more complaints.
